What Damages Can I Receive If I Have Been Injured in a Jet Ski Accident?

There's basically two types of damages you can receive in a jet-ski accident if you've been injured. One is what we call economic damages. Those are things like medical bills, lost wages, things that you paid out of your pocket. The other type of damage what we called non-economic damages. Those are things like pain and suffering, emotional distress, trauma associated with the accident. In cases that are really extreme, you may be entitled to recover punitive damages.
