The Insurance Adjuster Asked Me to Record a Statement. Should I Do That?

Transcript:
I generally advise people not to do it. It is not a requirement and it usually only serves to your disadvantage if you end up having to file a claim or file suit. Any statement that you give can be used against you. Before you give any statements when you have been injured, you should consult with an attorney.

We had the misfortune of being sued for fraud on the sale of a business. David Pollack navigated our defense expertly, professionally and with just the right amount of passion. Our case went all the way to trial and we truly believe we would not have won our case if not for David's tireless defense strategies and flawless execution. Sophie L.
