Can I Sue the Jet Ski Company for Its Negligence in Causing My Injuries?

If the jet-ski was negligibly designed or manufactured and that defect caused your injury, then you can sue the manufacturer or the designer of the jet-ski for your injuries. You can also sue the tour operators or trainers, people who trained you and your jet-ski use if they didn't do it properly and you're injured as a result of that negligent training.
