Can I Sue the Cruise Line If I Am Injured in a Slip and Fall?

You can sue the cruise line if you’re injured in a slip and fall on the ship, if the cruise line was negligent and somehow that negligence contributed to or caused your injury. If you’re able to prove that the cruise line did something wrong, that they should have known that there was something that cause your injury and they didn’t fixed it. Then you can sue the cruise line for your injuries.
