Meet Our Legal Team

At the Law Offices of David H. Pollack, LLC, our attorneys focus on litigation and appeals in complex civil cases in state and federal court.

David H. Pollack, is an AV*-rated attorney who is certified as a circuit civil and family mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1992. He has been featured in many national publications, including USA Today, the Drudge Report, the Miami Herald, and has spoken extensively on maritime and defamation law.

Mr. Pollack is assisted by his associate, Margaux Berwitt, who is a graduate of Northwestern University and a 2008 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law.
